How we chose
We focused on glasses you can buy and use every day: battery life, comfort, camera quality, how useful the AI assistant is, and whether prescription lenses are available.
What to look for
- Camera or screen? Decide whether you want hands-free photos and an assistant, or a private big screen. Few glasses do both well yet.
- Comfort: you’ll wear them for hours, so weight and fit matter more than specs.
- Privacy: camera glasses show a light when recording. Be considerate in private places.
